中集安瑞科(03899.HK)全年純利增長16%至9.11億元 末期息0.2港元
格隆匯3月25日丨中集安瑞科(03899.HK)發佈全年業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收益137.43人民幣億元(單位下同)，同比增長5.3%；股權持有人應占溢利9.11億元，同比增長16.0%；每股基本盈利0.464元；擬派末期股息每股0.20港元。
報告期內，清潔能源分部的收益上升13.1%錄得68.15億元，主要由儲存設備及終端應用設備的需求增加所帶動。其中，儲氣球罐及LNG車載瓶分別是儲存設備及終端應用設備本年銷售收入增長的主要貢獻產品。該分部仍為集團最高收益的分部，佔集團整體收益49.6%(2018年：46.2%)。
化工環境分部實現收益33.86億元。受全球經濟增速放慢和貿易摩擦的宏觀影響，全球化工行業景氣度回落，疊加過往幾年罐式集裝箱全球銷量的高速增長，對2019年銷售造成了一定影響。這些原因導致該分部的主要產品罐式集裝箱銷量於2019年錄得下降。經過本年的調整，中長期而言，集團仍看好罐式集裝箱行業的總體增長的前景。該分部佔集團整體收益24.6%(2018年：28.9%)。
液態食品分部於年內實現收益30.77億元，因為重要客户於墨西哥的數個大型啤酒廠項目已於2018年及2019年初陸續完工，大部分新簽約項目按時間表預計將於2020年及之後完成，導致該分部的收益於2019年錄得下降。但年內新收購DME的業務整合卓有成效，已帶來銷售貢獻，抵銷了該分部部分收益下降。該分部佔集團整體收益22.4%(2018年：24.5%)。此外，未分類收益於年內上升至4.66億元主要由併購及集團自行成立的新業務所貢獻。未分類收益佔集團的整體收益的3.4%(2018年：0.4%)。
公司表示，2020年將是充滿挑戰的一年。但公司相信，公司在清潔能源、化工環境和液態食品領域仍然有許多成長空間。集團將繼續聚焦主營業務，同時審慎選擇新的發展機會，加大海外市場拓展力度，通過產品升級和商業模式升級，把握市場機遇，創造佳績。
