*ST大洲(000571.SZ)擬售部分業務規模較小的非主業發展方向的子公司股權
格隆匯3月25日丨*ST大洲(000571.SZ)公佈,根據公司經營戰略,為解決當前經營困難,公司擬出售部分業務規模較小的非主業發展方向的子公司股權,收回資金用於解決公司欠税及債務糾紛訴訟等問題。
此次擬出售對象為:公司的全資子公司上海新大洲投資有限公司(“新大洲投資”)持有的上海新大洲物流有限公司(“新大洲物流”)51.22%的股權;子公司海南新大洲實業有限責任公司(“新大洲實業”)100%的股權。
鑑於上述公司存在股權凍結及或資產抵押、查封等情形,相關處置尚存在法律障礙,處置工作存在不確定性,董事會授權公司管理層辦理有關上述股權及涉及資產處置的相關工作,具體處置方案在相關工作完成後報公司董事會審議。
