匯豐控股(00005.HK):香港股東的非正式會議押後
格隆匯3月25日丨匯豐控股(00005.HK)公佈,集團主席以及包括亞太區主席及行政總裁在內的高級行政人員,均致力與股東直接交流。於3月11日向股東宣佈,基於對新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情及公眾健康的考慮,今年的股東非正式會議將以網絡直播形式舉行。然而,由於疫情迅速擴散,導致集團主席及高級管理層無法共同主持香港股東非正式會議的網絡直播。因此,公司決定將會議押後,直至情況安全及許可再行召開。
