格隆匯3月25日丨億緯鋰能(300014.SZ)公佈，近日，公司關注到有媒體發佈了標題為《亞馬遜等零售商陷入微型電池侵權訴訟》的報道，稱某德國電池製造商因某些公司正在出售或要約出售帶有侵權微型電池的進口產品，包括在無線耳機等產品中發現來自公司的電池。為維護廣大中小投資者的利益，公司現就報道所涉事項説明如下：
一、公司於2020年1月10日在互動易平台回覆了投資者提問，投資者問題及公司回覆如下：
問題：董祕您好，據相關媒體報道，德國的Varta公司考慮到電池產品專利保護問題，對外宣稱準備起訴中國國內製造豆式電池的相關電池製造廠。請問公司有收到相關法律起訴書嗎？公司的豆式電池在相關專利方面做了哪些準備工作？謝謝
回覆：尊敬的投資者，您好！截至目前公司沒有收到此類法律文件。對網上的信息請注意核實；涉及到公司相關的請以公司發佈的信息為準。
公司一貫尊重同行的知識產權，公司產品在設計階段進行知識產權評審，確保知識產權合規；同時在進入市場前委託權威第三方進行自由實施分析，並作相應的知識產權佈局。公司也一貫注重自主技術研發和知識產權保護。經過多年積累，公司已擁有完整的自主知識產權體系。公司堅持科技創新，促進公司可持續高質量發展。謝謝您的關注！
二、根據公司瞭解的情況，對媒體報道涉及事項説明如下
1、2020年1月，某德國電池公司在德國慕尼黑法院對公司客户提起專利侵權訴訟。公司應客户需求，提供了公司豆式電池與涉案專利具有實質性區別的不侵權證詞。後該德國電池公司撤回該訴訟。
2、2020年1月，該德國電池公司在德國不倫瑞克法院申請臨時禁令。在審理過程中，公司應客户需求，提供了公司豆式電池與涉案專利具有實質性區別的不侵權證詞，證明公司豆式電池為自主創新技術方案。在開庭審理後，該德國電池公司撤回其在不倫瑞克法院提起的臨時禁令申請。根據德國法，該德國電池公司不得基於該案由再次提起臨時禁令。
3、2020年1月，該德國電池公司在德國曼海姆法院對公司客户提起專利侵權訴訟。該訴訟尚未開庭審理。
4、2020年2月，該德國電池公司在美國德州東區法院對公司的客户、以及客户的客户分別提起專利侵權訴訟。對此，億緯鋰能將隨時應客户需求給予支持，全力積極保護億緯鋰能和客户的合法權益不受侵害。
