格隆匯3月25日丨中海油田服務(02883.HK)公佈年度業績，2019年全年，公司收入為人民幣310.76億元(單位下同)，同比增長41.99%；經營利潤為38.95億元，同比增長505.31%；歸屬於公司所有者的年度利潤為25.02億元，同比增長3434.13%；基本每股盈利為52.44分，擬派末期息每股0.16元(含税)。
鑽井服務
集團是中國最大的海上鑽井承包商，也是國際知名鑽井承包商之一，主要提供自升式鑽井平台、半潛式鑽井平台、模塊鑽機、陸地鑽機等相關鑽完井服務。截至2019年底，集團共運營、管理五十四座鑽井平台(包括四十座自升式鑽井平台、十四座半潛式鑽井平台)、五套模塊鑽機等裝備。2019年鑽井服務業務全年實現營業收入108.25億元，較2018年同期增長39.7%。
油田技術服務
集團是中國近海油田技術服務的主要供應商，同時也提供陸地油田技術服務。集團通過科技研發的持續投入、先進的技術設備和優秀的管理隊伍為客户提供完整的油田技術服務，包括但不限於測井、鑽完井液、定向井、固井、完井、修井、油田增產等專業服務。2019年油田技術服務業務實現營業收入150.30億元，較2018年同期的97.93億元增幅53.5%。
船舶服務
集團經營和管理中國近海規模最大及功能最齊全的近海工作船船隊，包括三用工作船、平台供應船、油田守護船等140餘艘船舶，能夠為海上石油和天然氣的勘探、開發、工程建設和油╱氣田生產提供全面的作業支持和服務，其中包括各種水深的起拋錨作業、鑽井╱工程平台(船)拖航、海上運輸、油╱氣田守護、消防、救助、海上油污處理等，可以滿足客户的不同需要。
2019年船舶服務業務實現營業收入30.53億元，較2018年同期的26.98億元增幅13.1%。全年外租船舶共運營15,266天，同比增幅54.3%，實現營業收入人民幣9.30億元，較2018年同期的5.47億元增幅70.0%。
物探採集和工程勘察服務
集團是中國近海物探採集、工程勘察服務的主要供應商，是全球地球物理勘探的有力競爭者和高效優質服務的提供者。截至2019年底，集團擁有5艘拖纜物探船、1艘專業震源船、2支海底電纜隊和5艘綜合性海洋工程勘察船、2艘深水作業支持船。為用户提供包括但不限於寬方位、寬頻、高密度地震採集服務，海底電纜和海底節點多分量地震採集服務，綜合海洋工程勘察等服務。
2019年物探採集和工程勘察服務業務全年營業收入較2018年同期的16.46億元增幅31.7%至21.68億元。其中，工程勘察業務全年取得營業收入3.86億元，較2018年同期的3.79億元增幅1.9%。
