《复牌通告》南岸集团(00577.HK)遭银行追还逾期利息 今复牌
南岸集团(00577.HK)公布,於今年3月20日,银行要求集团即时支付与贷款融资相关之逾期利息,金额为约7,100万元,以及银行预先警告若集团於今年3月31日未能偿还本金及进一步利息,合共金额为约4.7亿元,将会在不通知的情况下采取强制行动。
根据现时情况,集团在此期限偿还是不太可能。公司仍打算以出售实益拥有十三酒店的公司一间附属公司50%权益之所得款项用於偿还银行。同时,集团持续与银行商讨补救措施及潜在的替代偿还计划。
此外,公司指由於最近爆发新型冠状病毒及经济不景,集团跟随很多其他澳门酒店经营者的做法,决定关闭十三酒店至可预见的未来。由於营运仍然亏损,酒店关闭可节省成本。
该公司今日(25日)复牌。
