PERSTA(03395.HK)預期年度虧損擴大至5100萬加元
格隆匯3月24日丨PERSTA(03395.HK)發佈公告,公司預期截至2019年12月31日止年度取得虧損約5100萬加元(2018年度虧損約為700萬加元)。此項虧損增加主要由於公司於該年度若干天然氣及石油資產出現減值所致。
公司確定觸發減值的因素為:全球經濟放緩導致天然氣及石油價格非常疲弱;及全球對天然氣及石油需求放緩,調低了2020年及2021年剩餘時間的預期價格。就會計目的而言,減值虧損為非現金開支,故公司營運資金及業務並無受影響。
