格隆匯3月24日丨崑崙能源(00135.HK)發佈業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入1133.13億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長7.44%；公司股東應占溢利公司股東應占溢利55.51億元，同比增長19.79%；公司股東應占核心溢利62.52億元，同比增長6.24%；基本每股盈利66.71分；基本每股核心盈利75.14分；擬派末期股息每股26.3分。
公告表示，集團秉持對股東、員工、社會高度負責的態度，積極順應國家油氣體制改革大勢，搶抓能源產業高質量發展的機遇，主動謀求與上下游各市場主體優勢互補、深度合作，致力於打造開放、共享、互利、共生的產業“生態圈”。充分釋放中國石油天然氣銷售體制改革效能，業務管理架構、組織管控體系和商務運營模式持續完善優化。圍繞終端市場拓展、零售銷量提升、經營效益增長等方面精準發力，新開發城鎮燃氣等終端項目穩步增長，天然氣銷售規模快速擴大，LPG銷售結構更趨合理；LNG接收站擴建等項目按計劃推進，氣化外輸能力進一步提高，車船用LNG業務佈局全面鋪開；天然氣管道業務實現管輸量提升、效益增長；勘探與開發業務因國際油價下跌影響，效益有所下降；非氣業務增長迅速，“雙百行動”改革等措施逐步落地，發展動力有效釋放，整體經營業績好於預期。
2019年度，集團實現收入1,133.13億元，同比增加人民幣78.43億元或7.44%；除所得税費用前溢利136.45億元，同比增加16.60億元或13.85%；公司股東應占溢利55.51億元，同比增加9.17億元或19.79%。每股盈利(基本)為66.71分。如扣除物業、廠房及設備、無形資產、應收賬款及其他應收款項減值虧損、匯兑虧損及收益，公司股東應占核心溢利和每股核心盈利(基本)分別為62.52億元及75.14分，較去年分別增加6.24%和3.06%。
天然氣銷售方面，集團聚焦終端零售業務，集中優勢拓展市場，新項目開發取得重大進展。完成金鴻控股集團股份有限公司17個燃氣項目股權收購；推動中國石油與黑龍江省政府簽署戰略合作協議，立足中俄東線資源引進，服務“氣化龍江”戰略，全力推進東北地區終端利用項目開發。本年度，70個新開發項目實現投產，58個項目完成公司註冊。2019年度，集團城市燃氣項目達到402個，遍佈全國31個省、市、自治區。
牢牢把握國家污染防治攻堅戰及各地政府出台的天然氣利用政策帶來的發展機遇，最大限度發揮資源優勢，深挖現有用户用氣潛力，實現天然氣銷量快速增長。2019年度，實現天然氣銷量280.29億立方米，同比增加27.44%，其中，零售氣量180.11億立方米，同比增長24.83%。2019年度，新增用户146.3萬户，其中新增居民用户144.67萬户，新增工商業用户1.62萬户，累計用户已達1,127.7萬户，同比增長14.90%。
2019年度，天然氣銷售業務實現收入941.12億元，同比增長8.05%；除所得税前溢利44.69億元，同比增長51.90%。
