陳唱國際(00693.HK)全年純利下降65%至2.13億港元
格隆匯3月24日丨陳唱國際(00693.HK)發佈全年業績,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收入145.33億港元,同比下降7.6%;公司擁有人應占溢利2.13億港元,同比下降64.6%;基本每股盈利0.11港元;擬派末期股息每股0.09港元。
公告表示,報告期內,集團錄得收入達145億港元,較2018年度減少7.6%。下降主要是由於集團的汽車分銷及零售部門的銷量下降了16%所致。在日本ZERO CO. LTD(“Zero”)代表的運輸和物流業務的收入及對集團的利潤貢獻繼續增長。雖然集團在新加坡、馬來西亞和台灣經歷增長放緩,越南和泰國則有所增長。集團的投入成本貨幣是日元,其兑集團業務所在的亞太國家的貨幣保持相對強勁。
基於集團的總營業額面臨不利因素、日元增強及本集團其他收益的減少,集團的經營利潤大幅減少了42%。
