海思科(002653.SZ):擬在新加坡設立全資孫公司
格隆匯3月24日丨海思科(002653.SZ)公佈,公司第三屆董事會第五十次會議審議通過了《關於在新加坡設立全資孫公司的議案》,同意公司全資子公司四川海思科製藥有限公司(“四川海思科”)以自有資金1000萬美元在新加坡出資設立全資子公司Haisco Holdings PTE.LTD.。
公司在新加坡設立全資孫公司是考慮利用新加坡的政策、技術等優勢推進海外開展臨牀研究,加快公司的國際化進程,提升公司海外市場影響力。上述孫公司尚處於設立階段,短期內不會對公司的業績產生實質性影響。
