白雲機場(600004.SH)擬向控股股東新增租賃白雲機場酒店用地及航合公司用地
格隆匯3月24日丨白雲機場(600004.SH)公佈,為滿足公司在白雲機場開展正常的航空運輸生產服務需要,公司擬向控股股東集團公司租賃白雲機場用地。本次交易新增租賃的土地位於白雲機場內,具體為:鉑爾曼酒店及澳斯特酒店,以及廣東空港航合能源有限公司用地。酒店用地面積56,719平方米,航合公司用地面積684,444平方米,上述用地租期自2020年3月1日至2022年12月31日,土地租金標準以集團公司用地徵地拆遷等綜合成本為基礎,由雙方協商確定。
