港股異動 | 深圳國際漲逾7% 去年盈利好於預期 獲大和升評級至“買入”
格隆匯3月24日丨深圳國際(0152.HK)現報13.76港元,漲7.5%,暫成交3765萬港元,最新總市值297億港元。深圳國際上週五(20日)午間發公告稱,2019年度,公司總收入達168.2億元(港元,下同),同比增長45%;公司集團核心業務收入及經營盈利再創歷史新高並分別較上年同期上升45%至149.86億元及42%至55.89億元;每股盈利2.34元,末期股息每股0.53元及特別股息每股0.64元。大和近日發研報指,即使受收費公路收入下降影響,深圳國際去年盈利仍好於預期,加上強勁的房地產銷售和佣金收入支持了其股息分派。該行將其評級由“優於大市”上調至“買入”,將目標價由18.6港元下調至17.3港元。
