百福控股(01488.HK)料去年亏损扩大至最多1.3亿人币
百福控股(01488.HK)早前发盈警,料去年亏损将按年大幅增加,公司进一步公布,料去年将录得介乎1.1亿元人民币(下同)至1.3亿元的亏损,大幅高於2018年的1,100万元。收入则将自2018年的4.7亿元增加至10亿元。
公司表示,亏损增加的主要原因为期内处置手袋业务产生4,000万元亏损,另外2018年11月23日发行的可换股债券於去年的利息费用增加约3,600万元。公司参股之餐饮品牌亏损亦增加,於联营公司投资的减值损失介乎2,000万元至4,000万元。
