越秀地產(00123.HK)斥逾39億人幣收購番禺住宅土地
越秀地產(00123.HK)公布,於3月23日透過附屬廣州城建開發南沙房地產,通過公開掛牌方式以39.26億元人民幣(下同)成功競得廣州市番禺區漢溪長隆107、111地塊。
該地塊佔地面積約16萬平方米,總可建築面積約44.24萬平方米,其中計容建築面積約31.76萬平方米。該地塊性質為住宅用地。根據「住宅+配建」模式,項目公司需配建華南理工大學廣州國際校區二期的第一批工程,建設面積42.21萬平方米,與該地塊分開。配建工程成本預計約39.37億元,公司目前計劃透過外部融資為有關成本提供資金。
