壹網壹創(300792.SZ)子公司與浙江寶業簽訂《建設工程施工合同》
格隆匯3月23日丨壹網壹創(300792.SZ)公佈，公司為有效推進“綜合運營服務中心建設項目”的建設，由子公司杭州網創大家科技有限公司(“網創大家”或“發包人”)作為以上建設項目的實施主體，網創大家股東於2019年9月9日作出了杭州網創大家科技有限公司股東決定》，決定網創大家投資不超過3億元實施“杭州網創科技工業廠房工程”施工項目，同時授權網創大家執行董事及高級管理人員全權負責建設工程施工合同的招標、洽談、簽署、履行等事宜。
根據上述授權，網創大家與浙江寶業建設集團有限公司(“浙江寶業”或“承包人”)於2020年3月20日在杭州錢塘新區簽訂了《建設工程施工合同》，暫定合同金額為人民幣約2.74億元，合同工期為660日曆天。
該合同的簽署將有利於推進“綜合運營服務中心建設項目”的建成投產、實施，提升公司服務能力。公司將通過建立用户體驗測試中心、影像攝製創意中心、UED創意設計中心、品牌孵化中心，將形成覆蓋公司各方面的創意服務體系。其中，用户體驗測試中心是為品牌方與消費者建立緊密聯繫，形成良性互動的空間，通過實時數據抓取、數據分析、消費者使用感受反饋等，對消費者的需求進行可視化分析，並將其落實到品牌產品設計中；影像攝製創意中心是指建立公司專業的影像攝製精英團隊，從產品策劃、創意整合、拍攝錄製、後期剪輯到整體包裝，為最終品牌策劃展示提供一體化專業影像製作服務；UED設計創意中心是在用户體驗的基礎上，通過感官體驗、交互體驗、情感體驗、瀏覽體驗、信任體驗五大體驗來優化電商設計UED，建立專業化、數據化的設計團隊，從而更好地傳遞品牌調性、增強用户粘性、減少用户流失、提高銷量轉化；品牌孵化中心是利用公司長期深耕電子商務渠道的市場經驗，針對以美粧為主的消費羣體市場需求，升級優化合作品牌和自有品牌形象，同時建立短平快的創作反饋機制，創造品牌資產，實現品牌增值。
公司通過建立各創意服務中心，加大對創意服務體系的投入，引進關鍵設備，增強創意中心核心技術開發，組建優質的品牌策劃與設計人才團隊。項目建設不僅有利於增強公司自主創新能力，更有助於公司提升用户體驗、挖掘市場潛在機會、形成自身競爭優勢。
