索菲亞(002572.SZ)擬變更索菲亞家居數字化生態系統(互聯網+)平台升級項目實施主體及延長實施週期
格隆匯3月23日丨索菲亞(002572.SZ)公佈，公司第四屆董事會第十二次會議審議通過了《關於變更索菲亞家居數字化生態系統(互聯網+)平台升級項目實施主體及延長實施週期的議案》，同意將“索菲亞家居數字化生態系統(互聯網+)平台升級項目”該項目原定的實施主體(公司母公司)變更為公司全資子公司廣州極點三維信息科技有限公司(“極點三維”)實施，同時實施週期延長2年，至2022年3月結束。
極點三維為公司的全資子公司，主營3DVR虛擬現實O2O行業應用和三維軟件的開發與銷售。極點三維致力於解決家居行業、建材行業的視覺展示難題，以企業需求為導向，通過自主研發技術提供解決方案，讓企業快速提升業績精準營銷。
與傳統互聯網展示方式相比，三維虛擬現實技術在全方位展示定製家居產品和整體解決方案上具有非常優秀的效果。經過近幾年極點三維技術在終端的應用和發展，公司已擁有自有渲染引擎，在家居產品和整體解決方案的三維展示上具有國內一流的技術水平。自2016年公司控股極點三維，經過2年的發展，極點三維成為了公司的全資子公司，渲染引擎、團隊和技術儲備更為成熟，完整。互聯網+平台涉及開放式3D協同平台，按照目前的各子公司職能劃分，公司研究認為由極點三維實施更為合適。
截止至2020年2月29日，公司在原項目實際投入金額為9856.67萬元。自項目立項以來，公司的業務在擴展，從原來的定製衣櫃，延伸至定製櫥櫃、傢俱家品、窗簾以及定製木門。業務板塊的延伸使索菲亞家居數字化生態系統(互聯網+)平台升級項目需要納入的業務模塊增加；此外，新增業務對應的業務流程在業務發展的過程中重新構建、磨合並最終形成，對應的數字化平台亦需要適時調整。互聯網技術更新迭代迅速，自媒體、虛擬現實等新技術層出不窮，相對應的數字化平台也需要適時配合更新。因此，索菲亞家居數字化生態系統(互聯網+)平台升級項目的建設週期需要延長。截至目前，尚未投入使用的募集資金均存放於公司募集資金專項賬户。
