中國聯通(600050.SH)2019年度淨利潤升22.1%至49.8億元 擬10派0.604元
格隆匯3月23日丨中國聯通(600050.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入2905.15億元，同比下降0.10%；其中主營業務收入2643.86億元，同比增長0.3%；EBITDA1達到947億元，同比增長11.1%；利潤總額達到140億元，同比增長16.2%；歸屬於母公司淨利潤達到49.8億元，同比增長22.1%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤51.98億元，同比增長3.4%；基本每股收益0.161元，每10股擬派發現金股利0.604元(含税)，共計擬向公司股東派發約18.74億元(含税)的股利。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額962.08億元，同比增長1.5%。
公司堅持精準高效投資，創新實施5G網絡共建共享，在保障5G網絡高效建設的同時大幅節省資本開支。2019年，公司資本開支總額為564億元，自由現金流保持強勁，達到276億元。截至2019年底，公司資產負債率為39.0%，同比下降2.5個百分點，財務狀況更趨穩健，財務實力顯著增強，為未來可持續發展奠定堅實基礎。
公司堅持高效、有節奏、聚焦引領推動5G網絡發展，秉承開放創新、合作共贏理念，積極推動網絡共建共享。2019年9月9日，公司與中國電信簽署合作協議，在全國範圍內共建一張5G接入網絡，開創集約化快速發展5G的全新模式，在大幅節省資本開支的同時，實現5G網絡覆蓋翻倍、帶寬翻倍、容量翻倍和速率翻倍，為用户提供更好的服務感知。目前雙方已累計開通共享5G基站5萬個，共同節省投資成本約100億元。公司可用5G基站規模超過6萬個，支撐5G服務從試驗初步邁向商用。
未來，公司將積極發揮共建共享優勢, 並充分考慮技術進展、產業鏈成熟度以及市場和業務需求等穩步、精準、動態投資5G網絡建設，在投資成本和運營成本大幅節省的情況下，實現5G網絡質量與主導運營商基本相當。公司還將與中國電信積極加強4G室分、機房、光纖、管線等領域的全方位共建共享，進一步提升網絡競爭力和公司價值。
