利福中國(02136.HK)2019年度盈轉虧至8350萬元
格隆匯3月23日丨利福中國(02136.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收入為人民幣12.04億元,同比增長1.7%;公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣8350萬元,同期溢利為人民幣3.38億元;每股虧損為人民幣0.057元,不宣派任何股息。
2019年度非預期虧損主要來自應占北人集團虧損(扣除非控股權益)為人民幣2.95億元,而於2018年則為應占溢利人民幣2.04億元。由於應占就北人集團於報告期末持有之應收賬款預期信貸虧損淨額,導致錄得應占北人集團虧損。撇除應占北人集團的業績,集團錄得除税及非控股權益後溢利為人民幣2.11億元,而於2018年則為溢利人民幣1.34億元。溢利大幅增長主要由於支出減少及收到退回有關2017年及2018年由附屬公司派付股息之人民幣4020萬元預扣税。
