金力永磁(300748.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升6.58%至1.57億元 擬10派1.1元
格隆匯3月23日丨金力永磁(300748.SZ)披露2019年年度報告摘要，實現營業收入16.97億元，同比增長31.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.57億元，同比增長6.58%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.47億元，同比增長38.79%；基本每股收益0.38元；擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1.1元(含税)。
2019年，公司管理團隊在董事會制訂的發展戰略指引下，帶領公司全體員工努力開拓，積極進取，克服了傳統汽車和新能源汽車行業整體銷量下滑的不利影響，公司銷售收入連續兩年大幅增長，已具備10,000噸燒結釹鐵硼毛坯產能，市場份額進一步提高，顯著優化了客户結構，出口收入明顯增長，公司的技術、質量、管理能力進一步提高，公司在資本市場表現良好，管理團隊的凝聚力進一步增強，公司整體核心競爭力顯著提高。
受益於國內風電行業需求增長以及公司海外風電業務的增長，公司在風電領域收入達到8.55億元，較上年同期大幅增長121.40%，公司風電磁鋼領先供應商地位得到進一步鞏固。
公司在2015-2019年連續五年獲得金風科技“質量信用5A級供應商”，榮獲金風科技“長期合作獎”。公司榮獲中車株洲電機有限公司“十年行戰略合作獎”。公司也是西門子-歌美颯風電磁鋼的重要供應商。
公司在節能變頻空調領域銷量持續增長，2019年公司在節能變頻空調領域收入4.22億元，較上年同期增長13.68%，在全球節能變頻空調市場佔有率處於領先地位，同時公司也得到節能變頻空調領域戰略客户的充分肯定，分別榮獲美的集團機電事業部2019年度“技術創新獎”及“年度優秀供應商”稱號、三菱電機(廣州)壓縮機有限公司2019年度“質量表彰獎”、上海海立電器有限公司2019年度“最佳誠信貢獻獎”。
2019年，公司在新能源汽車領域繼續努力拓展，公司已進入全球新能源汽車行業多個龍頭公司的供應鏈，併成為新能源汽車領域領先磁鋼供應商。2019年公司成為聯合汽車電子為大眾集團MEB純電動平台項目配套的稀土永磁材料供應商，還成為美國通用汽車公司BEV3全球電動車平台的稀土永磁材料的定點供應商，將對公司未來拓展新能源汽車市場業務產生積極影響。公司與博世集團等有着多年長期友好合作。公司榮獲聯合汽車電子2019年度“最佳合作獎”。
此外，為培育和開拓公司3C領域業務，提升公司在3C領域磁性材料的市場競爭力，保障該領域客户的產品供應能力，2020年1月，公司召開第二屆董事會第十八次會議審議通過《關於擬在寧波設立全資子公司的議案》，目前公司全資子公司金力永磁(寧波)科技有限公司已完成工商註冊，正在籌備3C領域磁材產品的加工基地項目。
