正海磁材(300224.SZ)擬與正海精密共設馬來西亞子公司
格隆匯3月23日丨正海磁材(300224.SZ)公佈，公司擬與公司的全資子公司煙台正海精密合金有限公司(“正海精密”)共同投資3萬美元在馬來西亞設立子公司——正海磁材東南亞有限公司Zhenghai
Magnetics Southeast Asia Co.,Ltd(以最終註冊為準)。
子公司擬定註冊資本為3萬美元(以最終註冊為準)。公司以現金出資29,700美元，佔註冊資本的99.00%，資金全部來源於公司自有資金；正海精密以現金出資300美元，佔註冊資本的1.00%，資金全部來源於其自有資金。子公司擬經營範圍：進出口貿易、倉儲、分銷、磁性材料相關研發及技術服務。
東南亞地區的公司下游相關產業十分發達，東南亞的汽車及汽車配套工業、家電製造業、消費電子、電梯等製造業對公司產品高性能釹鐵硼永磁材料均有較大需求。近年來，公司東南亞市場的開發已凸顯成效，在馬來西亞設立子公司，可以就近服務東南亞客户，快速響應其各項需求，並有助於公司對東南亞客户的開發和維護。
目前，公司是國內高性能釹鐵硼永磁材料的龍頭企業，在國內外範圍內被高端客户廣泛認可。公司一直致力於大客户戰略，經過前期積累，公司在東南亞已有一定的市場基礎。項目的實施將進一步提升東南亞市場對公司品牌的認知度，有利於公司擴充目標客户羣體，符合公司長久以來“高端定位”的運營模式，有助於公司進一步提升品牌形象。
在馬來西亞設立子公司，派駐公司人員，貼近調研、預判市場需求，能夠及時深入瞭解東南亞下游產業的動向，鎖定行業優勢客户，從而抓住潛在的市場機會。
