康強電子(002119.SZ)擬開展期貨套期保值業務
格隆匯3月23日丨康強電子(002119.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年3月20日召開的第六屆董事會第十四次會議審議通過了《關於開展期貨套期保值業務的的議案》,同意公司使用自有資金對公司主要產品生產所需的黃金、銅、銀、鋅等原輔材料開展期貨套期保值業務。
公司在期貨套期保值業務中的投入的資金(保證金)總額合計不超過人民幣2000萬元,業務期間為2020年3月21日至2021年3月20日,資金來源為自有資金。
公司生產所需主要材料為黃金、銅、銀、鋅等金屬原材料,其中黃金成本佔鍵合金絲生產成本的90%以上,銅材料成本佔引線框架生產成本的70%以上。黃金、銅價格波動對公司的生產成本影響較大,為了鎖定公司產品成本,有效地防範和化解由於原材料價格變動帶來的市場風險,減少因原材料價格波動造成的產品成本波動,降低原材料價格波動對公司正常經營的影響。
