日照港(600017.SH)：山東港灣合計中標公司5.26億元工程項目
格隆匯3月23日丨日照港(600017.SH)公佈，近期，山東港灣建設集團有限公司(以下簡稱“山東港灣”)通過中標承建了公司3個工程項目，累計金額為5.26億元。分別為日照港西港機修區污水處理系統工程建設工程施工合同，日照港石臼港區東區海關保税堆場改造工程施工合同及日照港嵐山港區嵐南#12、#16泊位工程施工合同。
根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》和《日照港股份有限公司關聯交易決策制度》的有關規定，上述交易構成了公司與控股股東日照港集團有限公司(以下簡稱“日照港集團”)之全資子公司之間的關聯交易。
日照港西港機修區污水處理系統工程擬改造機修區污水處理系統約7404.6㎡，主要工作內容為場地硬化、沉澱池及清水池砌築、維修台砌築、排水溝砌築、室外水電管線佈設；新建設備用房為地上一層，建築總面積為51.42㎡，建築高度3m。詳見施工圖設計文件及工程量清單。
日照港石臼港區東區海關保税堆場改造工程位於石臼港區東區，主要建設內容包括原有院牆、砼地面、基礎及辦公樓拆除等，圍牆新建217.4m，加裝圍網821.1m，排水溝(564.8m)，聯鎖塊硬化地面44944.3㎡，圍網院牆406m，原排水溝新增蓋板168m，原砼地面管溝開挖及恢復329.6m，原排水溝清淤(691m)，消防系統(噴槍7座、消火栓8座、DN200供水管道780m等)，監控系統(攝像機18套)，堆場回填麻餅土找平6798.62m3等施工內容。
日照港嵐山港區嵐南#12、#16泊位工程擬建設2個15萬噸級通用泊位(水工結構按20萬噸級預留)及相應配套工程，年設計通過能力1050萬噸。合同範圍為日照港嵐山港區嵐南#12、#16泊位工程施工準備階段、施工階段、交竣工階段及保修階段的所有工作，包括碼頭主體、港池疏浚及挖巖、引橋、混凝土平台、供電照明、給排水及消防、控制系統與計算機管理、通信等工程施工，具體詳見施工圖紙及工程量清單。
