高效推動5G精品網絡部署 中國聯通(00762.HK)年度EBITDA同比增長11.1%至944億元
格隆匯3月23日丨中國聯通(00762.HK)公佈2019年業績，2019年全年，集團整體服務收入為人民幣2,644億元(單位下同)，比去年同期下降0.7%，較去年同比上升0.3%。得益於良好的成本管控，儘管受到提速降費的持續影響，公司盈利能力保持快速提升，EBITDA達到944億元，同比增長11.1%；税前利潤達到人民幣142億元，公司權益持有者應占盈利達到人民幣113億元，同比增長11.1%，每股基本盈利0.37元，擬派末期息每股0.148元。
2019年，公司移動服務收入實現1,564億元，同比下降5.3%，降幅較首三季度逐步趨緩。移動出賬用户淨增344萬户，總數達到3.18億户；其中4G用户淨增3,384萬户，總數達到2.54億户，佔移動出賬用户比例達到80%，同比提升10個百分點，移動用户結構持續改善。
公司持續落實"提速降費"政策，手機上網流量單價同比大幅下降，手機上網總流量和手機用户月户均數據流量持續顯著增長。2019年，手機上網總流量增長46%，手機用户月户均數據流量達到8GB；手機上網收入達到1,028億元。
2019年，公司固網寬帶接入收入同比下降1.7%，達到416億元。固網寬帶用户淨增260萬户，總數達到8,348萬户，視頻業務在固網寬帶用户中的滲透率超過50%。融合業務在固網寬帶用户中的滲透率達到59%，同比提升8個百分點。
2019年，公司產業互聯網收入同比增長43%，達到329億元，佔整體服務收入比例達到12.4%，成為穩定服務收入的重要驅動力。得益於創新業務快速增長拉動，公司固網服務收入達到人民幣1,057億元，同比增長9.7%。
此外，公司堅持精準高效投資，創新實施5G網絡共建共享，在保障5G網絡高效建設的同時大幅節省資本開支。2019年，公司資本開支總額為564億元，自由現金流2,3保持強勁，達到264億元。截至2019年底，公司資產負債率2為39.3%，同比下降2.5個百分點，財務狀況更趨穩健，財務實力顯著增強，為未來可持續發展奠定堅實基礎。
公告稱，公司將堅持新發展理念，以價值為導向，加快公眾產品轉型，加快渠道提質轉型，加快客户運營能力提升，實現基礎業務穩定高質量發展；加快提升政企市場經營能力提升，着力打造雲計算、大數據、物聯網等創新業務核心能力，持續深化戰略與生態合作，推進創新業務規模效益發展；加快提升網絡競爭能力，積極發揮5G網絡共建共享優勢和LTE900MHz頻率優勢，以保障用户感知為中心，高效推動5G精品網絡部署，完善4G網絡深度與廣度覆蓋，優化調整資源，提升網絡利用率，謀求合作共享提升網絡質量；着力提升IT集約支撐能力，完善客户服務體驗，縱深推進體制機制創新變革，強化基礎管理和風險管控，不斷提升企業治理能力，為股東創造更大價值。
