格隆匯3月23日丨創維數字(000810.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入88.96億元，同比增長9.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.32億元，同比增長90.56%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5.88億元，同比增長103.91%；基本每股收益0.61元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金1.00元(含税)。
公司專注於為全球用户提供全面系統的家庭娛樂解決方案與服務，以數字機頂盒核心業務為抓手，拓展寬帶網絡接入設備、泛智能終端。2019年1月，公司收購了主營安防、商顯及智慧園區系統的創維羣欣安防公司，進一步延伸了公司的業務生態，公司整體形成“智能終端、寬帶設備、專業顯示、運營服務”四大業務板塊。2019年4月，公司成功發行了10.4億元可轉換公司債券，為公司下一代智能終端與寬帶網絡接入設備、汽車智能車聯網業務的發展提供了堅實的後盾。
報告期內，公司抓住超高清化、光纖化、5G應用及人工智能的產業契機，圍繞超高清視頻產業的網絡傳輸(10GPON、WiFi路由、4GCPE等)、終端呈現(4K超高清智能盒子、VR一體機、智能網關、網絡攝像機等)以及行業應用(安防監控、商業顯示、汽車複合顯示系統等)，產品銷量、市場覆蓋率、市場佔有率及運營服務收入均實現大幅增長，競爭優勢及規模優勢進一步增強，公司實現營業收入88.96億元，同比增長9.17%。其中，智能終端實現營收55.92億元，同比下降7.33%；寬帶設備實現營收9.8億元，同比增長111.59%；專業顯示實現營收20.4億元，同比增長45.61%；運營服務實現營收2.15億元，同比增長14.36%。基於全要素生產率提升和外匯風險管控政策的有效實施，毛利率顯著提高，公司實現歸母淨利潤6.32億元，同比增長90.56%。
