中信海直(000099.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升40.54%至2.11億元 擬10派0.5元
格隆匯3月23日丨中信海直(000099.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入15.67億元，同比增長9.91%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.11億元，同比增長40.54%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.82億元，同比增長72.53%；基本每股收益0.35元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
面對錯綜複雜的市場環境，公司董事會和經營管理層勇於擔當、迎難而上。以高質量發展為目標，以穩中求進為總基調，踐行新發展理念，着力全面深化改革，堅持強化執行力和追求精益管理，2019年公司各項主要工作成績斐然，整體發展態勢呈現可喜局面。
經營業績再上新台階。報告期末公司總資產58.62億元，同比增幅3.50%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產32.70億元，同比增幅6.25%。
航空安全形勢平穩。全年無通用航空事故徵候，無飛行事故、空防事故、維修重大事故及重大航空地面事故。飛行作業量持續增長。全年母公司與海直通航合併飛行36645小時41分，同比增幅9.8%；合併飛行41067架次，同比增幅10.01%。其中母公司累計飛行31513小時42分，同比增幅11.38%；累計飛行36569架次，同比增幅10.88%。
重點項目取得豐碩成果。2019年公司在海上石油直升機飛行服務市場的佔有率繼續穩居行業首位，仍為港口引航、極地科考等領域的直升機飛行服務獨家提供商；圓滿完成北京冬奧會直升機醫療救援綜合實戰演練4次、桌面演練8次；《海洋石油(東海)直升機重大飛行事故情景構建》課題已順利通過驗收並在南海區域推行；全國直升機港口引航作業研討會成功舉辦；第35次南極科考飛行保障行動完美收官；順利完成澳門迴歸20年、“第七屆世界軍人運動會”、上海市“進博會”等央視航拍任務；緊急調機參與四川木裏、山西沁源、安徽蕪湖、廣東佛山等地森林防火救災行動；與蕪湖縣政府、蕪湖空港產業投資發展有限公司簽署2份基地投資項目協議；與安陽市簽署無人機項目框架合作協議；機場運營項目進展明顯，東方通用機場建設項目於2020年1月基本完成現場竣工驗收，南頭直升機場搬遷項目正式補償協議於2020年1月簽署完畢；整合優勢資源推動軍機整機和部附件維修，完成保障部隊軍事演習設備空中投放任務。在夯實國內市場地位的同時，公司竭力捕捉海外市場合作機會，是國內首個實現在海外為外方客户提供長期海上石油飛行服務的通航企業。報告期公司成功將在緬甸執行的飛行服務項目合同有效期延長至2023年3月，並新增1架直升機服務合同。
