中糧科技(000930.SZ)：2020年度擬向部分金融機構申請授信、融資
格隆匯3月23日丨中糧科技(000930.SZ)公佈，為滿足公司資金需求，保障資金安全，公司已與包括工行、農行、中行、建行等在內的國內主要金融機構建立了信貸業務關係。目前，公司在上述各行均有存量融資業務。
為穩妥週轉授信、融資，公司擬繼續與上述各行進行2020年度授信、融資相關事項。具體如下：
1.2020年度公司向中國工商銀行股份有限公司蚌埠分行申請最高不超過3.5億元綜合授信項下融資(含本外幣)，信用方式，期限不超過3年(含3年)。
2.2020年度公司向中國農業銀行股份有限公司蚌埠分行申請最高不超過人民幣6億元本外幣融資(含外幣摺合人民幣)，業務品種包括但不限於流動資金貸款、法人賬户透支、國內保理、國際貿易融資、非融資性風險參與、開立信用證及融資等，信用方式，期限1年(含)。
3.2020年度公司向中國建設銀行股份有限公司蚌埠市分行申請不超過人民幣3.4億元流動資金貸款(含貿易融資等)，信用方式，期限1年(含)。
4.2020年度公司向交通銀行股份有限公司蚌埠市分行申請不超過人民幣6億元綜合授信項下融資(含本外幣)，業務品種包括但不限於流動資金貸款、法人賬户透支、貿易融資、融資性保函等，信用方式，期限1年(含)。
5.2020年度公司向中國銀行股份有限公司蚌埠分行申請最高不超過人民幣3億元流動資金貸款、最高不超過人民幣1億元法人賬户透支、最高不超過人民幣1.95億元本外幣貿易融資和最高不超過500萬元交易對手信用風險專項額度，信用方式，期限均為1年(含)。
6.2020年度公司向中國農業發展銀行股份有限公司蚌埠市分行申請最高不超過4億元流動資金貸款，信用方式，期限1年(含)。
7.2020年度公司向中國進出口銀行安徽省分行申請最高不超過人民幣7億元綜合授信項下融資，其中流動資金貸款不超過5億元，融資性保函不超過2億元。信用方式，期限不超過2年(含2年)。
8.2020年度公司向中信銀行股份有限公司蚌埠市分行申請不超過人民幣1億元流動資金貸款，信用方式，期限1年(含)。
上述各行融資業務將以公司實際需求為準，擇機擇優辦理，具體融資品種、金額、期限和利率等條款以銀企實際簽訂合同為準。
