萬里馬(300591.SZ)：完成經營範圍變更登記及章程修正案備案
格隆匯3月23日丨萬里馬(300591.SZ)公佈，近日，公司已辦理完成了變更經營範圍的工商變更登記及章程修正案備案手續，並取得了東莞市工商行政管理局頒發的新版《營業執照》，除變更公司經營範圍外，營業執照其他內容無變化。
變更前經營範圍：以自有資金進行工業實業投資(須審批的項目另行報批)；生產、加工、製造、研發、設計、銷售、網上銷售：皮革製品、鞋類、箱包、腰帶、帽、手套、手機套、眼鏡、服裝及飾品、化粧品、針紡織品、睡袋、雨衣、帳篷、皮褥及配套製品、軍警防護裝備、警用器械、勞保防護用品、電子產品、橡膠製品、五金製品、反光材料、紙製品；電子信息技術服務；經營基礎電信業務、增值電信業務；物業管理，房產租賃，酒店管理，房地產經紀；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)
