雅居樂集團(03383.HK)年度淨利潤升10.5%至92.33億元 息40港仙
格隆匯3月23日丨雅居樂集團(03383.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，營業額為人民幣602.39億元，較去年增加7.3%。毛利為人民幣183.58億元，較去年下跌25.6%。整體毛利率為30.5%，較去年下跌13.4個百分點。淨利潤增加10.5%至人民幣92.33億元，淨利潤率亦較去年上升0.4個百分點至15.3%。而股東應占利潤則為人民幣75.12億元，較去年增加5.4%；董事會建議向股東派發2019年度末期股息每股40.0港仙。
年內，集團物業發展的確認銷售收入為人民幣541.77億元，較去年增加3.2%。而物業發展業務收入與多元化業務收入的佔比分別為89.9%及10.1%，其中多元化業務收入的佔比較去年增加3.6個百分點，反映集團以“地產為主，多元業務並行”的營運模式續見成效。
年內，物業管理服務、酒店營運及環保收入分別較去年增加67.7%、11.1%及146.1%，使多元化業務持續為集團提供穩健的收入。
於2019年12月31日，雅生活在管面積及合約面積分別為2.34億平方米及3.56億平方米。其中，來自雅居樂和綠地控股的合約面積分別累計為7710萬平方米及4010萬平方米，較2018年12月31日分別增加9.5%及81.9%，其中來自雙股東面積佔總合約面積的32.9%。來自第三方項目的合約面積（包括收併購貢獻）累計達2.39億平方米，較於2018年12月31日增加74.0%，佔總合約面積的67.1%。
此外，於2019年12月31日，集團於75個城市，擁有權益預計總建築面積達3,970萬平方米的土地儲備，分佈於華南區域、華東區域、西部區域、華中區域、海南及雲南區域、東北區域、華北區域、香港及海外，對應樓面平均地價為每平方米人民幣3,364元，土地成本價格具一定競爭力。
