順騰國際控股(00932.HK)與廸威納廸亞合作於中國提供新型冠狀病毒的體外診斷服務
格隆匯3月22日丨順騰國際控股(00932.HK)公佈，2020年3月22日，公司與廸威納廸亞訂立合營協議，以註冊成立合營公司，並於中國合作提供新型冠狀病毒的體外診斷服務。
合營公司註冊成立後，其將由公司及廸威納廸亞分別擁有51%及49%股權。合營公司將於註冊成立後以公司附屬公司入賬。
2020年2月20日，廸威納廸亞與兩名合作伙伴(為健康及臨牀測試行業的國有企業的附屬公司)簽訂合作協議，以(其中包括)合作在中國啟動新型冠狀病毒健康管理服務計劃。上述計劃為銀髮時代迴應中國國家衞生健康委員會最近的公佈而提出，該公佈要求所有僱主及學校分別在其僱員及學生復工及復課前對其進行新型冠狀病毒測試。其將使用血液常規檢查、C反應蛋白及RT-PCR檢測的組合檢測新型冠狀病毒的核酸及抗體，並將在不超過5個工作日內公佈結果。
誠如廸威納廸亞所確認，上述合作協議項下的其他夥伴同意，廸威納廸亞於其下項的所有權利及義務應由合營公司或其附屬公司承擔。就此，合營公司將與合作伙伴合作，並提供實施新型冠狀病毒健康管理服務計劃所需的所有技術及知識、專業知識、設施及設備。
廸威納廸亞為一間成立於2015年的第三方醫學檢驗機構。它為一間中國國家級高新技術企業及中國國家基因檢測應用示範中心。廸威納廸亞目前在重慶擁有抗體工程技術研究中心、免疫研究室、腫瘤早期篩查研究室及微生物研究室。其獲重慶市科技局授予“互聯網+第三方檢測商業新模式示範單位”稱號。
集團主要於香港及中國從事配方、推廣、銷售及分銷保健及美容補品及產品業務，並提供在線廣告代理業務、在線支付業務、電子商務推廣業務及遊戲發行業務。
訂立合營協議將使公司可投資於新型冠狀病毒的體外診斷服務業務，並與其他合作伙伴在中國合作實施新型冠狀病毒健康管理服務計劃。其不僅可以增加集團的盈利能力及為集團帶來長期價值，其亦可通過與在健康及醫療行業具有深厚背景及專業知識的其他各方緊密合作，履行公司的企業社會責任，參與對抗疫症的戰鬥。
根據廸威納廸亞，截至公佈日期，已接獲新型冠狀病毒健康管理服務計劃項下超過100萬次新型冠狀病毒測試的訂單，而就各測試收取的指示性價格為人民幣279元。
