五礦資源(01208.HK)：MCK對MMG Kinsevere提出法律訴訟索償2.58億美元
格隆匯3月23日丨五礦資源(01208.HK)公佈，公司全資附屬公司及剛果民主共和國礦山Kinsevere擁有人MMG Kinsevere SARL（MMG Kinsevere）接獲通知，採礦公司Katanga SARL (MCK) 已入稟剛果民主共和國上加丹加省盧本巴希法院，對MMG Kinsevere提出法律訴訟。
MCK聲稱，因其有權與MMG Kinsevere簽訂礦山年限協議，MMG Kinsevere有責任賠償MCK由於2018年MMG Kinsevere決定不再與其關連實體MCK Trucks（當時稱為NB Mining SA）續簽或延長採礦服務合同而導致MCK所蒙受的損失。然而，Kinsevere礦山礦山年限協議的權利受關鍵標準制約，即該企業由MCK負責人，Moise Katumbi先生，或其兒子擁有，並且服務合同仍然具有國際競爭力。MCK要求賠償其蒙受的1.58億美元的損失（涵蓋2018年2月至2019年9月），另加1億美元的懲罰性賠償。索賠金額似乎被誇大，因為該索賠額反映了MCK在採礦服務合同下的潛在收入而非利潤損失
