中國星集團(00326.HK)預期年度由盈轉虧3億至3.7億港元
格隆匯3月20日丨中國星集團(00326.HK)發佈公告,公司預期截至2019年12月31日止年度取得虧損約3億港元至3.7億港元,而2018年度則為溢利10.54億港元。出現這一轉變主要歸因於以下綜合影響:並無去年出售集團酒店及博彩服務經營業務所確認的已終止經營業務溢利14.59億港元;該年度確認有關電影版權的減值虧損,較2018年度確認57萬港元大幅增加;及該年度確認透過損益以公平價值列賬的金融資產的公平價值變動所產生的虧損,較2018年度確認3.6億港元顯著減少。
