皇氏集團(002329.SZ)與商湯科技簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月20日丨皇氏集團(002329.SZ)公佈，2020年3月20日，公司(“甲方”)與上海商湯智能科技有限公司(“商湯科技”或“乙方”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。根據此次簽署的協議，雙方將充分共享和整合資源，在人工智能關鍵領域開展深度、立體的合作。
商湯科技是全球領先的人工智能平台公司，致力於引領人工智能核心“深度學習”技術突破，構建人工智能、大數據分析行業解決方案。在人工智能產業興起的大背景下，商湯科技憑藉在技術、人才、專利上的積累，以“堅持原創，讓AI引領人類進步”為使命，建立了國內頂級的自主研發的深度學習超算中心，成為人工智能行業領軍企業。此次主要業務合作內容如下：
1．產業賦能
雙方將在產業資源、平台產品、解決方案、專業技術等各方面深化協同，互通有無，能力集成，融合發展，充分發掘和利用自身所在領域的資源優勢。乙方將為甲方提供保障人工智能算法平台的各項支持和應用領域的解決方案，深度賦能產業、賦能項目、賦能城市。甲方則依託自身豐富的跨產業資源整合優勢，推動人工智能技術創新、成果轉化和產業發展，為乙方提供各行業客户不同領域的適配應用場景。
2．區域落地
甲方將發揮其優良的產業聚集、政府服務和區域市場能力，依託乙方“AI+”解決方案和AI產品，面向政府、企業、城市服務和基礎設施等多方面開拓區域市場業務。在廣西、山東等省市共同推進數字城市項目落地，如平安城市、民生服務、智慧城市、智能智造、智慧溯源、智慧零售、AI教育等重點產業鏈上賦能應用，激活面向智能時代的全新商業模式及業務增長點。共同推動如人工智能示範園的打造，加快商湯人工智能超算中心、AI+智慧城市等重大產業項目區域市場落地，積極探索和推進與區域市場載體型、平台型項目的合作。
3．共同合作
雙方積極開拓資本層面合作，根據項目需要，雙方經友好協商後可選擇合資或以乙方投資甲方現有公司的方式設立公司主體，“平台公司”。以雙方共同參與、市場化運作方式開展多領域合作。平台公司將作為雙方約定的項目或區域“產業賦能”落地平台，帶動區域產業升級，共同推進區域項目落地。具體合作事項以獨立協議方式另行約定。
這是公司信息板塊業務數據應用開發與業務擴展的一次嘗試，此次合作符合公司整體發展戰略，有利於雙方發揮各自優勢，實現資源共享，優勢互補。通過“平台公司”的建設，公司將依託商湯科技在新一代信息技術領域的豐富的行業經驗與領先的科學研究積累，提升公司在人工智能、大數據挖掘與分析、雲服務平台等方面的技術能力，實現公司信息業務的拓展和產業智能化的轉型升級，同時，藉助大數據挖掘分析及應用，將對乳業板塊在精準營銷、提升線上銷售業務等方面提供有利幫助，對公司未來的可持續發展將產生有利影響。
