台華新材(603055.SH)子公司擬參與競拍上海閔行區一宗工業用地
格隆匯3月20日丨台華新材(603055.SH)公佈，為滿足建立創新研發中心的經營場所用地需求，公司全資子公司台華實業(上海)有限公司(“台華實業”)擬在上海市閔行區參與競拍“閔行區研發產業-13地塊”土地使用權，並擬與上海市閔行區規劃和自然資源局簽訂《上海市國有建設用地使用權出讓合同(研發總部產業項目類)》。該地塊總面積10185.80平方米，出讓起價3836萬元，項目預計總投資2.8億元(包括本宗地塊的土地出讓款)。
土地位置：上海市閔行區莘莊工業區731街坊P1宗地閔行區莘莊工業區01單元MHPO-0501單元30B-03A-1地塊(閔行區研發產業-13地塊)；土地性質和用途：土地性質為工業用地，用途導向為科研設計用地；使用年限：50年。
項目名稱為台華創新研發中心，項目總投資不低於2.8億元(包括建築物、構築物及其附屬設施、設備投資和土地出讓價款等)，交地後6.5年內達到達產銷售收入不低於每年人民幣3億元，達產税收總額不低於每年人民幣3000萬元，達產税收產出強度不低於每年每平方米人民幣2945元。
項目旨在依託公司全產業鏈優勢，並結合上海莘莊工業園區地處大虹橋的區位優勢，把握行業發展趨勢，吸引高端人才，積極開展對超細錦綸纖維、高質感面料、多功能複合面料等產品的研發。通過項目的實施，建立起錦綸紡絲、坯布織造及染整加工專業實驗室，提升全產業鏈協同創新能力，可以全面提升公司研發技術水平和創新能力，為公司的產品創新、技術創新及人才創新提供持續、有效的技術支撐。
公司目前已經建立了集錦綸紡絲、織造、染色、後整理於一體的全產業鏈，可以利用與產業鏈後端即成品面料客户合作機會，及時反饋終端客户需求，並將研發推導至產業鏈前端進行聯動研發，從而能夠實現前瞻性研發，並在後期獲得較好的市場認可度。
此次購買的土地使用權，旨在利用上海的區位優勢，設立公司創新研發中心。此次購買土地使用權和項目後續投資的資金來源為公司自有資金及自籌資金，根據土地出讓合同，該宗地塊的項目固定總投資不低於2.8億元(包括該宗地塊的土地出讓款)，公司將按照項目進展節奏分批投入，短期不會對公司的財務狀況和經營成果產生重大影響，長遠看符合公司利益和戰略方向，不存在損害上市公司及股東利益的情形。
