煤气(00003.HK)称考虑多个因素就股息及送红股作出决定
煤气(00003.HK)去年纯利按年下跌25%至69.7亿元,集团将沿用多年的10送1红股改为20送1。
煤气回覆查询时表示,集团是财务稳健的企业,并以审慎原则管理公司,面对外围经济不明朗、各行业前景备受影响的情况,考虑去年业绩後因而作出有关决定。
集团指,未来全球经济存在极大不确定因素,新型冠状病毒疫情仍未知何时受控,对各行业的影响未能预料,会继续以审慎原则管理,维持公司财务稳健,会一如以往考虑社会、经济和业绩等多个因素,就股息及派发红股事宜作出决定。
