浦林成山(01809.HK)公佈年度業績 子午線輪胎產能快速擴張 淨利潤達4.8億元及末期息0.2港元
格隆匯3月20日丨浦林成山(01809.HK)發佈公告，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司收入55.89億元人民幣，同比增長7.4%；毛利10.75億元，同比增長7.2%。淨利潤在繼續加大研發支出和推進泰國項目前期投入的戰略目標實施推進下達到預期水準實現人民幣4.8億元，公司持續穩健發展，公司擬派發末期股息每股0.2港元。
本年度，集團圍繞2018年制定的計劃組織開展各項工作。擴產項目進展整體有序，榮成全鋼子午線輪胎一期擴產項目全線貫通，新增產能165萬條，年產能由約470萬條增至約635萬條；榮成半鋼子午線輪胎一期擴產項目亦已全線貫通，新增產能190萬條，年產能由約650萬條增至約840萬條。新增產能將有利於發揮輪胎行業的規模經濟效益，搶佔市場份額、增強盈利能力。
此外，集團位於泰國的海外生產基地的建設進度整體符合預期，一期項目預期2020年第二季度投產，投產後全鋼子午綫輪胎及半鋼子午線輪胎年產能可分別增加80萬條及400萬條。該工廠採用輪胎行業領先的設計理念，以綠色智慧製造的標準進行設計，為浦林成山全球化發展提供了新動力。
公司稱，集團已成為中國重汽、江鈴汽車、東風柳汽、中國一汽等30多家大型汽車製造商的主流供應商，並於報告期內成為北汽戴姆勒、東風隨專、長城汽車等汽車製造商的供應商。至此，國內銷量前十名商用車汽車製造商全部進入集團配套體系。集團成為上汽依維柯紅巖汽車全球首個5G+智慧駕駛項目的配套廠商，標誌着浦林成山在輪胎智慧化領域研究應用的又一突破。通過與多家成熟車企合作，可以促進集團研發水準的提升，產品性能能夠滿足更多客户需求。公司於本年度入選2019中國汽車零部件企業百強榜，位列第49名。
報告期內，集團開發並上市63款全鋼子午線輪胎新產品及139款半鋼子午線輪胎新產品，進一步提高產品競爭力和細分市場佔有率。集團同時根據配套市場需求、替換市場發展趨勢及泰國輪胎生產基地2020年投產需要，儲備研發4款全鋼子午線輪胎、8款半鋼子午綫輪胎新花紋及產品。
於報告期末，泰國輪胎生產基地35個款全鋼產品、175款半鋼產品已在榮成工廠完成開發和儲備，為集團於2020年進一步拓展海外市場業務提供產品支援，併為集團於2020年業績提升提供產品保障。
