國盛投資(01227.HK):清盤呈請將於6月17日聆訊
格隆匯3月19日丨國盛投資(01227.HK)公告,於2020年3月19日,公司接獲自香港特別行政區高等法院發出,由一名個人(呈請人)提起有關香港法例第32章公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例呈請,內容有關公司可能被高等法院以公司無力償還債務為由清盤。清盤呈請將於2020年6月17日上午十時正於高等法院聆訊。
該呈請涉及公司未能結清欠款1050萬港元,即未償還金1000萬港元及應計利息50萬港元。呈請人為承兑票據持有人,而承兑票據按年利率5%計息,自發行日期起七年到期。公司將與呈請人磋商,以於庭外和解該呈請。
