德視佳(01846.HK)：預計疫情不會對集團業務的持續性造成重大不利影響
格隆匯3月19日丨德視佳(01846.HK)公佈，監於COVID-19疫情，中國的多個省市已實行緊急公共衞生措施，並採取各種行動防止COVID-19疫情蔓延，其中包括對差旅及復工施加條件及限制。集團目前於中國營運六家診所，而監於COVID-19疫情，集團的中國業務營運已於2020年1月底暫停，但自2020年2月中旬至2020年3月初已陸續恢復。
於停工期間，集團採取積極措施進行應對，為業務復甦建立堅實基礎。該等措施包括開設線上問診、專注線上營銷及與集團患者定期溝通。透過實施該等措施，公司董事認為，集團已採取適當且合理的措施，以最大限度減少COVID19疫情對其中國業務的不利影響。
截至公告日期，集團於中國的所有診所(集團的北京(西)診所除外)已按照中國當地法規恢復營運。集團的北京(西)診所恢復營運將待中國相關地方機構的進一步指示。
為儘量減少患者與集團員工之間的接觸，集團於中國的診所目前採取以下預防措施，包括但不限於：(i)按預約制進行經營；(ii)提前就患者的旅行史、疑似症狀、與疑似病例的接觸提出詢問；(iii)採取嚴格措施對診所及諮詢中心進行消毒及清潔；(iv)就COVID-19體徵及症狀，密切監視集團員工；及(v)准許集團員工遠程辦公。目前，集團的中國業務正有序開展營運。
截至公告日期，據董事所知及所悉，集團於中國的醫務人員及其他非醫務人員均未被診斷感染COVID-19。
此外，集團於重慶及福州的診所建設項目目前正按計劃進行，預計暫時不會有重大不利影響。
截至公告日期，集團的歐洲業務尚未受到COVID-19疫情的重大影響。然而，監於歐洲已確診的COVID-19病例越來越多，董事認為，COVID-19疫情可能會對集團的歐洲業務造成不利影響。
監於集團的中國診所所採用預防措施的有效性，集團已於其德國及丹麥診所實施類似措施。該等措施包括但不限於：(i)按預約制進行經營；(ii)延後非緊急術後複查、(iii)提前就患者的旅行史、疑似症狀、與疑似病例接觸提出詢問；(iv)採取嚴格措施對診所及諮詢中心進行消毒及清潔；(v)就COVID-19體徵及症狀，密切監視集團員工；及(vi)准許集團員工遠程辦公。集團努力確保其診所及諮詢中心採取有效的預防措施。
截至公告日期，就董事所知及所悉，集團於歐洲的醫務人員及其他非醫務人員均未被診斷感染COVID-19。
預計COVID-19疫情將對集團的業務營運產生一定影響，但監於形勢瞬息萬變，現在評估或估計其對本集團財務表現的總體影響仍為時過早。截至公告日期，董事認為，預計COVID-19疫情不會對集團業務的持續性造成重大不利影響。
