香港中華煤氣(00003.HK)年度純利跌25.2%至69.66億港元 擬每20股送1股派4.6港元
格隆匯3月19日丨香港中華煤氣(00003.HK)公告，截至2019年12月31日年度，實現收入406.28億港元，增長3.98%；股東應占溢利69.66億港元，同比減少25.20%；基本每股盈利41.2港仙，擬每20股送1股紅股及每股派末期股息23港仙。
香港煤氣業務
2019年香港受國際大環境、中美貿易關税之不確定因素所影響，進出口及物流業務不振，加上下半年起因社會衝突事件令訪港旅客數目急劇下跌，本地消費低迷，餐飲、零售及酒店業皆受到嚴峻衝擊，對工商業之煤氣銷售帶來負面影響。此外，香港全年平均氣温較上年度為高，令住宅煤氣銷售量亦有所下降。整體而言，2019年香港煤氣銷售量為28,712百萬兆焦耳，較上年度下降2.8%；而爐具銷售量則逾290,000台，較上年度增加2.4%。
截至2019年底，客户數目達1,933,727户，較上年度增加25,216户，輕微上升1.3%。
中國內地業務
發展集團的內地業務在2019年持續穩步發展。截至2019年底，連同集團附屬公司港華燃氣的項目，集團已於內地26個省、自治區和直轄市取得合共265個項目，業務範圍覆蓋天然氣上、中、下游項目、環保能源、能源高效應用、水務、廢品處理，以及電訊等。集團透過旗下的易高環保投資有限公司致力開拓新興環保能源業務，範圍包括煤層氣液化、清潔煤化工、生物質轉化利用、工農廢品利用、天然氣加氣站等。多項研發成果正逐步投放於商業應用，預計會為集團帶來長遠之業務增長。隨着多元化業務不斷擴展，項目亦與日俱增，集團從一家在香港經營煤氣單一業務之地公司，已逐漸發展成為一傢俱規模之全國性公用事業和以環保能源產業為主導之跨行業集團。
此外，集團2019年度投資70.53億港元於生產設施、管道、廠房和其他固定資產，以拓展及配合香港和內地各項現有及新增業務之持續發展。
