易世達(300125.SZ)目前主要以對外投資為主 證券簡稱擬變更為“聆達股份”
格隆匯3月19日丨易世達(300125.SZ)公佈，公司根據自身的實際情況，為滿足未來集團化發展的需要，體現公司戰略發展佈局，變更公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍。
變更前公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍：中文名稱為大連易世達新能源發展股份有限公司，英文名稱為Dalian East New Energy Development Co.,Ltd.，證券簡稱為易世達，英文名稱縮寫(簡稱)為East New Energy；
經營範圍：餘熱發電技術、環保、節能、新能源工程的設計、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓、工程安裝及工程總承包；機械、電氣自動化控制設備及其零部件的研發、組裝、銷售（以上項目涉及資質許可證的憑許可證經營）；投資、設計、建設太陽能電站項目；貨物、技術進出口(法律、行政法規禁止的項目除外；法律、行政法規限制的項目取得許可後方可經營)***(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方開展經營活動)。
變更後公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍：中文名稱為聆達集團股份有限公司，英文名稱為Lingda Group Co.,Ltd.，證券簡稱為聆達股份，英文名稱縮寫(簡稱)為Lingda Group；
經營範圍：從事信息科技、健康科技、智能科技、計算機軟硬件、新能源科技領域內的生產、銷售、技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務；實業投資、醫療器械經營、自有房屋租賃、自有設備租賃；從事貨物及技術的進出口業務；企業管理諮詢；健康管理諮詢(不得涉及醫療行為)；軟件開發、廣告設計、製作、代理、發佈。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
公司上市之初主要從事餘熱發電相關業務，近年來，受國家政策、市場環境等因素的綜合影響，目前僅有一個餘熱電站在運營，其他均已運營到期，歷史遺留的應收賬款、應付賬款也逐步清理至尾聲，後續公司無計劃繼續進行餘熱發電業務的拓展。
目前上市公司主要以對外投資為主，投資的企業已涉及裸眼3D、工業大麻衍生品加工、商業保理等領域，為滿足公司的實際情況及未來集團化發展需要，體現公司戰略發展佈局，擬對公司名稱、證券簡稱及經營範圍進行變更。
