金湧投資(01328.HK):預計2019年度業績由盈轉虧
格隆匯3月18日丨金湧投資(01328.HK)發佈公告,預期集團將錄得截至2019年12月31日止年度的公司權益持有人應占虧損,而2018年度則為公司權益持有人應占利潤。
公告表示,2018年度的公司權益持有人應占利潤主要由於2018年國聯通信控股有限公司股份實物分派的重大收益及出售盛華電訊有限公司及Mzone Network Limited全部已發行股本的重大收益,該等收益於2019年均為非經常性項目,因此大幅削減收益。預期集團將錄得2019年度公司的整體權益持有人應占虧損。
