格隆匯3月18日丨海通證券(06837.HK)公佈,經中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可[2019]1686號文核准,海通證券獲准向合格投資者公開發行面值不超過人民幣130億元的公司債券。根據《海通證券股份有限公司面向合格投資者公開發行2020年公司債券(第二期)發行公告》,海通證券股份有限公司面向合格投資者公開發行2020年公司債券(第二期)的發行總額不超過35億元(含35億元),該期債券分兩個品種,品種一為3年期,品種二為5年期。
2020年3月17日,發行人和主承銷商中信建投證券股份有限公司和興業證券股份有限公司在網下向合格投資者進行了票面利率詢價。根據網下合格投資者詢價結果,經發行人和主承銷商協商一致,最終確定該期債券品種一的票面利率為2.99%;該期債券品種二未發行。
