東莞控股(000828.SZ)2019年度扣非淨利潤升26.57%至10.67億元 擬10派3元
格隆匯3月17日丨東莞控股(000828.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入16.40億元，同比增長1%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤10.74億元，同比增長1.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤10.67億元，同比增長26.57%；基本每股收益1.0331元，擬每10股派發現金紅利3元(含税)。
公司堅持“產融雙驅”的發展戰略，從事的主要業務包括交通基礎設施產業、金融投資管理業務。報告期，兩業務板塊協同發展，在交通基礎設施產業板塊，公司以高速公路運營管理為基石，介入城市軌道交通業務領域，並積極佈局新能源汽車充電業務；在金融投資管理業務板塊，公司深耕融資租賃、商業保理業務，並支持東莞證券、東莞信託的業務的開展。
報告期，公司繼續推進“產融雙驅”的發展戰略。高速公路板塊以保安全、保暢通為核心目標，以技術手段大力推動不停車快捷收費。2019年，公司高速公路板塊實現通行費收入13.09億元，同比增長6.73%。公司通過下屬東能公司、參股的康億創公司，繼續發展新能源汽車充電業務，目前兩公司已建成32個充電站，共實現新能源汽車充電費收入8641.70萬元。
報告期，融通租賃和宏通保理緊抓業務規範，嚴控項目風險，繼續圍繞基礎設施、公共交通、新能源、教育、醫療等行業開展業務，至年底兩家公司的業務總規模為39.88億元。
報告期，公司持有11.11%股權的虎門大橋公司，受貨車和40座及以上客車限行政策、南沙大橋及番莞高速通車帶來的路網分流等因素的影響，淨利潤下降42.6%。但在持有的金融股權方面，東莞證券受益於證券市場轉暖，經營業績大幅增長；東莞信託積極發揮主動管理型信託產品特色，大力支持城市重點工程建設、基礎設施建設，實現業績穩健增長。2019年，公司實現投資收益2.86億元，同比增長28.74%(扣除2018年公司增資東莞信託導致的會計核算差異影響)。
