格隆匯3月17日丨華平股份(300074.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入4.78億元，同比增長6.44%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1839.36萬元，同比增長24.02%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1066.66萬元，同比增長12.15%；基本每股收益0.0346元。
報告期內，公司以“視訊+”的行業化應用發展為目標，以業務創新為基礎，以市場需求為導向，積極開拓“視訊+”技術的行業化創新應用業務，全面拓展視頻會議、智慧城市、應急指揮等行業可視化應用市場。
視頻通訊行業：報告期內，公司發佈雲視訊平台解決方案和全系列國產化安全可信的視訊產品與解決方案，包括：MCU、高清終端、各類網關等產品，併成功在工信部進行部署使用。公司全面豐富的視訊產品線有效提升了公司在視訊領域的技術優勢，同時為客户提供更極致高清的效果體驗。報告期內，該業務領域沒有新增大客户採購，業務總體有所下滑。
智慧城市行業：報告期內，公司智慧城市業務主要圍繞平安城市、雪亮工程、智能交通、智慧教育等領域，在集成與運維服務獲得新老客户認可並獲得持續採購的同時，逐步增加了集成項目中自有產品的銷售比例，有效提升公司智慧城市業務與自有產品的結合度。報告期內，公司還進一步加強了在公安行業、教育行業的拓展布局，推出適用於公安、政法、教育行業更有用户粘性的業務平台類產品，圍繞着公安、政法、教育、交通、政務出台我司產品特色的行業解決方案，加強銷售團隊在優勢省份重點行業的拓展，已經取得了較好的成效。後續將落實前期部署，積極參與政府項目規劃設計，提高行業知名度及保持業績快速增長。報告期內，智慧城市業務板塊營業收入較去年穩步增長。
應急指揮行業：報告期內，公司繼續深耕應急指揮行業市場，圖像綜合集成平台和應急指揮產品在用户的常態化應用中表現卓越，在應急管理部元宵節消防安保、新中國成立70週年大慶安保、全國火焰藍消防技能比武保障、第二屆中國進口博覽會現場安保等國家級重大活動保障；“佛山高明山火”、“貴州特大山體滑坡”、“非洲莫桑比克洪災”、“山西沁源森林火災”、“江蘇鹽城化工爆炸”等大型災害救援保障任務中表現出色，在“廣東化工滅火救援演練”、“四川地震救援拉動演習”、“2019年長江中下游抗洪搶險實戰演練”、“雲南應急救援指揮調度實景演練”、“北京市大型石油化工事故滅火救援綜合實戰演練”、“重慶大型城市綜合體火災救援演練”、“陝西“聯合力量2019”抗震救災應急通信演練”等救援演練任務中發揮了重要作用，得到上級部門的認可和表揚。報告期內，公司繼續開展技術改進和研發創新，核心算法庫的改良提升了視頻終端產品性能，實現高品質多圖像優秀展現效果；衞星便攜站、視頻指揮箱、多鏈路聚合等應急救援現場急需的通信產品實現規模化商用，產品被用户廣泛認可。報告期內，公司積極開拓新用户，參與用户業務設計和業務創新，基於大應急行業的需求，推出“天空地井潛”多維一體的應急通信指揮產品與解決方案，縱向構建多級指揮調度體系，橫向協同各聯動部門，形成全場景覆蓋的應急通信指揮系統，進一步增強了公司產品解決方案在應急領域的市場競爭力。
