七一二(603712.SH)擬增加經營範圍“無人飛行器的研發、生產、銷售、技術服務和技術轉讓”等
格隆匯3月17日丨七一二(603712.SH)公佈，公司於2020年3月16日召開了第二屆董事會第四次會議，審議通過了《關於增加經營範圍並修訂公司章程的議案》。根據業務發展需要，公司擬在原經營範圍中增加“集成電路技術研發、技術支持和技術轉讓、製造、加工、銷售；無人飛行器的研發、生產、銷售、技術服務和技術轉讓”。同時對《天津七一二通信廣播股份有限公司章程》相應內容進行修訂，並提請股東大會授權經營管理層具體辦理工商登記變更等事宜。
公司原經營範圍為：“電子產品、通信設備、模具、機械零件、計算機軟件、硬件及外圍設備、機械設備和配件、家用電器、汽車電子配件、生產技術裝備、移動電話機、環境監測專用儀器儀表、環境及安全監測設備的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務、技術諮詢、加工、製造、維修、運營維護、批發兼零售；表面處理的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務、技術諮詢；房屋租賃；自有設備租賃(不含汽車租賃)；進出口業務；建築智能化系統工程設計、施工；機電設備安裝工程；電源設備及系統製造、集成、施工；軟件開發及計算機信息系統集成；電子設備檢測；通信系統的技術開發、設計、集成、轉讓、諮詢、技術服務、銷售及施工；汽車銷售(平行進口汽車除外)；環保工程、環境檢測、環境工程設計、施工及技術諮詢、技術服務；數據採集、存儲、開發、處理、服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)”。
