澳至尊(02031.HK)公眾持股量降至約14.47%
格隆匯3月17日丨澳至尊(02031.HK)公告,根據高最新提交權益披露表格,公司知悉,高遠進一步收購1413萬股股份,而於收購後,彼於合共8922.5萬股股份中擁有權益,相當於公司已發行股總額約11.71%,並被視為公司主要股東。由於高遠收購股份,公司公眾持股量由約26.18%下降至約14.47%,並再次低於上市規則第8.08條所規定25%最低公眾持股比例,無可避免地導致股份於聯交所暫停買賣。
公司承諾,將根據上市規則於合理可行範圍內,採取適當措施儘快恢復至少25%公眾股東持有股份。
