泛亞國際(06128.HK)2019年度預虧逾5000萬港元
格隆匯3月17日丨泛亞國際(06128.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2019年12月31日止年度將錄得股東應占虧損上升超過40%至逾5000萬港元,相較之下,2018年度公司股東應占虧損為3600萬港元。
公告表示,2019年8月,集團透過收購思高環球有限公司展開石墨烯業務,為集團貢獻額外收入約1.20億港元。然而,股東應占虧損增加主要由於(i)融資成本增加至約2750萬港元,來自主要為收購思高環球有限公司融資而發行的債券;及(ii)集團餐飲業務分部的收入下降導致2019年上半年撇減蘇州工業園區文律閣酒店管理有限公司的投資,以及就投資於泰廊香港有限公司的減值損失,主要由於在成都的泰廊餐廳停止營業所致。
