香江控股(600162.SH):控股股東南方香江解質1.44億股
格隆匯3月17日丨香江控股(600162.SH)公佈,公司近日接到控股股東南方香江集團有限公司(“南方香江”)通知,南方香江將其持有公司的部分股份辦理了證券質押登記解除手續,解質1.44億股,佔其所持股份比例10.904%,佔公司總股本比例4.241%。
此次解除質押後,南方香江持有的公司股份不存在質押情況。截至公告披露日,公司控股股東南方香江及其一致行動人合計持有公司股份數量為22.18億股,佔公司股本的65.326%。此次質押解除後,南方香江及其一致行動人不存在質押情況。
