NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)预计年度溢利下跌逾80%
格隆汇3月17日丨NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)公布,公司预计截至2019年12月31日止年度股权持有人应占集团溢利将较2018年同期下跌80%以上。相比于2018年同期投资物业公平值的上升,溢利下降主要由于该年度投资物业公平值的下滑所致。
然而,若不包括该集团投资物业公平值的变动及相关税务影响,于该年度的股权持有人应占集团基础溢利,预期会较2018年同期增加超过1.5倍,这主要是由于投资组合表现较佳所致。此外,由于按公平值透过其他综合收益记账的金融资产的公平值增加,集团其他综合收益较2018年同期大幅增加。
