博世科(300422.SZ)與重慶固廢公司簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯3月17日丨博世科(300422.SZ)公佈，公司與重慶市固體廢棄物處理有限公司(“重慶固廢公司”)簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方旨在遵守互惠共贏的戰略目標基礎之上在土壤修復、固廢處置等領域建立長期合作關係，切實推進渝桂兩地環保產業快速發展。
重慶固廢公司是重慶市人民政府出資組建的大型國有獨資企業重慶市環衞集團有限公司(“重慶環衞集團”)的全資子公司，專業從事固廢垃圾處理及設施運營管理，擁有重慶市主城區唯一垃圾填埋場。業務領域涵蓋生活垃圾兜底處置、污染土壤修復、一般固廢資源化利用、生態環境修復治理等。
此次合作方向為：雙方同意在污染土壤、市政污泥、廚餘垃圾(沼渣)、礦區生態修復等領域進行合作，共同提供系統解決方案和工程項目實例。合作項目如下：
(1)洛磧智慧生態谷—生態修復基地項目
項目處理總規模：污染土壤處置量達到100萬方/年，市政污泥(含沼渣)處置量達到520噸/日、資源化陶粒產品生產量達到12~15萬噸/年。
原則上由雙方組建的合資公司負責投資、建設、運營該項目，合資公司組建前由雙方以項目合作方式加快推進。
(2)專題推進項目
①以洛磧生態智慧谷為基礎，為廚餘垃圾(沼渣)、礦區生態修復等資源化利用提供系統性解決方案，共同探索推進“環保管家”服務模式，為園區生態環境管理科學決策提供技術支持和諮詢引導服務。
②以合資公司名義對外開展垃圾填埋場封場環境綜合治理，如滲漏液、除臭、地下水污染處理等和污染土壤安全處置業務，推進重點區縣城鄉環衞垃圾處置項目以及污泥處置項目投資建設或運營。
此次戰略合作主要以洛磧生態智慧谷為基礎，通過優勢互補、合作共贏，為廚餘垃圾、一般工業廢棄物、礦區生態修復等資源化利用提供系統性解決方案，共同探索推進“環保管家”服務模式，為園區生態環境管理科學決策提供技術支持和諮詢引導服務；同時圍繞生活垃圾應急填埋場滲漏液、除臭、地下水污染處理等和污染土壤安全處置，開展封場環境綜合治理，推進重慶區縣城鄉環衞垃圾處置項目以及污泥處置項目等領域開展全方位、多領域的戰略合作。
此次合作有助於公司在土壤修復、固體廢物處置、垃圾處置等業務領域獲取更多的業務資源和支持，是公司拓展西南區域市場的重大突破，也是對公司在土壤修復、固廢處置等領域核心技術及成果產業化的高度肯定，有助於進一步提升公司的行業地位和綜合競爭力，對深化公司產業佈局和落實中長期發展戰略規劃具有重要意義。
