雲海金屬(002182.SZ):2020年度擬申請總額不超30.8億元的銀行貸款額度
格隆匯3月17日丨雲海金屬(002182.SZ)公佈,公司第五屆董事會第十五次會議召開,審議並通過了《關於公司及其子公司2020年度申請308,000萬元銀行授信額度和在授信額度內向銀行借款的議案》
根據2020年公司生產經營業務發展狀況,公司對保障業務經營的流動資金和業務發展的投資資金需求量仍然較大。經測算,公司的自有資金不能滿足以上資金需求,公司將爭取銀行融資保障公司運行的資金需要。
公司及子公司2020年度擬向中國銀行、建設銀行、工商銀行、招商銀行、交通銀行、農業銀行、華夏銀行、浦發銀行、南京銀行、平安銀行等金融機構申請總額不超過30.8億元的銀行貸款額度,具體數額以各商業銀行的最終授信為準。
